NatareOps
Membership, check-in, guard scheduling, certifications, and water chemistry — NatareOps replaces the three tools and the spreadsheet you're juggling today.
No credit card. No procurement maze. Your demo is with the person who built it — not a sales rep.
Trusted daily at Zionsville Aquatic Center
NatareOps is the operating system for modern aquatic facilities. Natare Heartbeat watches the systems that keep your operation moving — and tells you when something goes quiet.
Designed to surface stale readings, stalled integrations, and blocked operational data before a silent gap becomes days of missing records.
"A scheduling app that doesn't know which guards are certified."
"A membership system that can't see the schedule."
"And chemistry readings on a clipboard, praying the inspector doesn't ask for March."
Three subscriptions. Zero shared data.
NatareOps is what happens when one system runs both sides of the pool.
Build templates, publish to dates, assign staff — and the picker only shows people qualified for the role. Expiring certifications are flagged 30 days out, on your dashboard, not in a filing cabinet.
Log pH, chlorine, ORP, and temperatures against CDC-aligned thresholds. Every reading is auto-rated Balanced, Warning, or Danger the moment it's entered — with reports your health inspector will actually enjoy.
A full roster with statuses, types, and family accounts. Fob and badge check-in through a check-in app tailored to your facility during onboarding, with visit history on every member.
Hour-by-day heatmaps of visitors, chemistry, and shift coverage. Know when to staff up — and when you're burning payroll on an empty pool.
Classes, sessions, qualified-instructor assignment, and enrollment with payment status per student — plus printable check-in sheets for every session.
A REST API plus custom integrations built for your registration platform, access hardware, or onsite apps — scoped with you during onboarding.
I've spent my whole life on every side of the pool: a competitive swimmer since age 8, a swim instructor for over four decades, a Level 3 Masters coach, a lifeguard — including at the U.S. Olympic Trials in Indianapolis — and a pool manager. Along the way I set a club record at 12, a high-school record that stood for 23 years, and a state masters record at 40. I'm also a senior software engineer. NatareOps is what happened when those two lives collided: the operations platform I built inside a working aquatic center, refined over three years of daily use.
Compare current plans and choose the right starting point for your operation.
View plansThey already use harder apps to order lunch. Staff see their schedule and their certifications; the complexity lives on the admin side, and the admin side was designed by someone who has run a pool deck.
We import it for you — members, memberships, and history. It's the same white-glove process we used to migrate 577 members and 23,000+ visits for Zionsville Aquatic Center.
Keep it. NatareOps has a REST API, and we build custom integrations to your existing registration platform, access hardware, or onsite apps as part of onboarding.
Every record is scoped to your organization at the database level. Your data is never visible to another client, and access within your team is role-based.
Text-message alerts to staff and members and online class registration. We'd rather tell you what's coming than pretend it's already here.
Month-to-month. Pause for the off-season. Cancel any time — your data exports with you.
